Announcement Regarding Xennial Digital
At the end of December 2025, the members of Direct.com LLC (doing business as Xennial Digital) met to review the company’s financial outlook and determined that, given current market conditions and the company’s cost structure, it was necessary to wind down operations.
Beginning in January 2026, the Xennial team started working with clients and partners to transition client-owned applications to direct management and to explore potential sales or licensing opportunities for intellectual property developed by Xennial.
On March 11, 2026, the members formally voted to voluntarily dissolve Direct.com LLC and proceed with an orderly wind-down of the business.
The Xennial Team
Being entrepreneurs, most of the Xennial team have established new companies that will continue providing development and support services:
- QR Studio LLC, founded by Boris Ramirez (former Chief Technical Officer) and Alejandro Rodriguez (former Chief Creative Officer), together with members of the Xennial development team, provides ongoing maintenance and development of VR applications. br@qrstudioai.com | www.qrstudioai.com
- Crive Agency has been created by Aura Franco, focuses on enterprise web application development.
